Cart Warranty

Warranties vary based on the dealer you purchased from, and the type of cart purchased. Please reach out to your sales rep for further details.

Period
This warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

Coverage
This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover problems resulting from accidents, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance. Damage caused by modifications or use of non-approved parts is not covered.

Making a Claim
To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact Golf Carts USA at 813-582-7475. Proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue must be provided.

Remedy
If a defect is confirmed, Golf Carts USA will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective part or product. No charge will be made for such repairs or replacement. The customer will not be charged for parts, nor labor. The customer will incur a transportation fee, see “Transportation Fee” section for more details. The Customer will not incur a transportation fee if the customer brings the golf cart to our facility for the work to be done.

Transporation Fee
The transportation fee will be applied at a rate of $1.00 per mile. This fee is calculated based on the distance from our showroom to the location of the golf cart requiring service.

Limitation of Damages
Golf Carts USA shall not be liable for any incidental orconsequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the golf cart, even if GolfCarts USA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Miscellaneous
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.
